The one who could only do good

The one who could only do good,
Never any harm.
Even when they thought what they did was bad,
It always turned out to be good in other ways.
They only cared about others needs first,
Before their own or needs or wants.
Always doing things out of the goodness of their heart.
Never asking for anything in return.

They speak out against the wrong in the world,
Only seeking to do right.
Never saying no to a person in need.
Never thinking how something will impact them,
Only how it will impact others.
Always asking them self
"Will this benefit others,
Or just myself?"

Never wanting anyone to be unhappy,
Always keeping a smile on their face,
To give everyone around them a bit of inspiration.
Always smiling,
Never wanting anyone to worry about them.
They hide their true emotions
So that others do not see their pain.

This is what a saint is.

Yet,
The saint I know,
Needs a bit of help.
Never wants the help.
Yet, needs it none the less.
Never wanting people to worry,
To worry about how my saint actually feels.
Never wanting other to know the pain,
The pain they go through every day.

The saint needs help,
Yet pushes away the people who try.
Some of the people made mistakes,
Some of the people hurt as well,
Yet they still want to help.
To help the saint.
